We take the security of Aetheo connected products seriously. If you think you have found a security vulnerability in an Aetheo product, its app connection or this website, please tell us.
How to report
Email contact@puniverse.net with "Security" in the subject line. Please include:
- the product and model (for example, Aetheo Aura, A6808)
- what you found and how to reproduce it
- any proof of concept, screenshots or logs that help us understand it
You do not need to give your name or create an account to report an issue.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your report within 5 working days.
- We will give you a status update at least every 30 days until the issue is resolved.
- We will tell you when the issue has been fixed.
Please give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before sharing it publicly.
