1-Year Limited Warranty
Thank you for choosing Aetheo Aura – Smart RGB Table Lamp. We design our lighting products to combine intelligent technology with elegant design. This product is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Electrical faults occurring under normal household use.
- Units purchased new from authorised Aetheo retailers, aetheo.co.uk, or aetheo.com.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes such as fading or scratches.
- Damage caused by accident, water exposure, or unauthorised modification.
- Use for commercial or rental purposes.
- Loss of accessories, packaging, or documentation.
Warranty Period
The warranty period is 12 months from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Our team will assess your claim and advise next steps for return, replacement, or repair.
Please do not send any product back without prior authorisation.
Remedy
If the Aetheo Aura lamp is found defective within the warranty period, Aetheo will, at its discretion, repair or replace the unit with an equivalent model, or issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
Consumer Rights
This warranty applies only to the Aetheo Aura – Smart RGB Table Lamp and does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers within the European Union retain equivalent protections under Directive 1999/44/EC.
