The GH3018 (Goodix) heart rate sensor records heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2). Sleep tracking records sleep stages and duration automatically. Body fatigue assessment is also available via the Smart Health app. This device tracks and records data — it does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical advice.
8 sport modes and remote camera control
The Smart Health app supports 8 sport modes: running, cycling, skipping, hiking, mountaineering, yoga, golf, and dancing. Exercise data is recorded in real time. Remote camera control allows the ring to act as a shutter trigger for the paired phone camera by shaking the ring. GPS is not supported — the R18 does not have built-in or app-based GPS capability.
